Day 2: CANTON FAIR EXPERIENCE

• Start your day with a hotel-to exhibition transfer. Spend the day exploring the Canton fair,  overnight stay at hotel

Day 3: CANTON FAIR EXPERIENCE

• Morning: transfer from your hotel to the exhibition. Engage in the fair's activities
• Evening Highlight: Attend a Business Summit focussed  on sourcing and shipments, followed by a Q&A session. Unwind with dinner after a productive day. over night stay at hotel.

Day 4: CANTON FAIR / LOCAL WHOLESALE MARKETS (Optional)

• Engage in the fair's activities or full-day visit to Guangzhou’s famous local markets
• Direct factory linked suppliers
• Customization & private-label discussions
• Logistics, shipping & documentation support overview.

Day 5: FACTORY VISIT

• we will assist guidance for direct visits to verified manufacturing units for quality inspection customization discussions, factory-level price negotiations.  over night stay at hotel

Day 7: DEPARTURE

• Guangzhou Airport return to Cochin

PAYMENT TERMS

• 75 % payment at the time of reservation and balance payment 30 days before departure.
• 100% paymentis required to make the reservation if reservation is made within 30 days of travel.
• Guests are advised to make payments to the given bank account or to the linked official GPay of our company.
• The Company shall NOT be liable or accountable if any payment is made to any other account or to any personal Gpay.

DOCUMENTATION FOR CHINA VISA

Original Passport

Original passport with a minimum validity of 06 months from the date of travel and at least 2 empty pages.

1. Passport-sized Photos
   • 4 photos with a white background.
   • Size: 35mm x 45mm.
   • No border lines, no specs, both ears visible,
   • Matte finish and face enlarged to cover 80% of the photo.

4. Cancellation Policy
   • If the package is cancelled by client,
   • Date change and name change is not permitted once reserved. Un-used services are nonrefundable once the trip is started.

PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY

• More than 90 days  :  25% of the package cost
• 89 - 60 days : 50% of the package cost
• 59 - 30 days : 75% of the package cost
• within 30 days : 100% of the package cost
