Day 2: CANTON FAIR EXPERIENCE

• Start your day with a hotel-to exhibition transfer. Spend the day exploring the  Canton fair, then relax with a delightful dinner in the evening

Day 3: CANTON FAIR

• Morning: transfer from your hotel to the exhibition. Engage in the fair's activities
• Evening: Attend a Business Summit focussed on sourcing and shipments, followed by a Q&A session. Unwind with dinner after a productive day.

Day 5: BULLET TRAIN TO YIWU

• Bullet Train to Yiwu, arrive yiwu pvt transfer to hotel. with guide

Day 6&7: FREE DAYS AT YIWU

• Explore the world's largest wholesale market in Yiwu

Day 8: RETURN TO GUANGZHOU

• Check out from the hotel, followed by a return to Guangzhou by bullet train with a guide, and enjoy an exploration cruise with dinner

Day 9: DEPARTURE

• Guangzhou Airport return to Cochin

PAYMENT TERMS

• 75% payment is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days before departure.
• If a reservation is made within 30 days of travel, 100%payment is required at the time of booking.
• Guests are advised to make payments only to the provided bank account or the official linked GPay account of our company.
• The company shall NOT be liable or accountable for any payments made to any other account or personal GPay.

DOCUMENTATION FOR CHINA VISA

Original Passport

Valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Must have at least 2 blank pages.

Include any old passports (if applicable)

1. Passport-sized Photos
   • 4 photos with a white background.
   • Size: 35mm x 45mm.
   • No border lines, no glasses, both ears visible.
   • Matte finish and face enlarged to cover 80% of the photo.

   • To be on the company letterhead (a specific format will be provided).
4. Cancellation Policy
   • If the package is cancelled by the client, no date changes or name changes are allowed once the reservation is made.
   • Unused services are non-refundable once the trip has started.

• Only before 30 days: 75% of the package cost
• within 30 days: 100% of the package cost
